The biggest difference between Peter and most realtors is that he spent the first 20 years of his life as an engineer. Educated and trained as a professional, Peter brings to real estate analytical and people skills he spent years developing in the high tech companies of Silicon Valley.

A third big difference is that Peter runs his own business. A 20 acre vineyard is a quarter of a million dollar a year business (gross sales) and Peter runs the business from end to end. He manages the cultural practices, deals with the suppliers, does the books, negotiates with the wineries, and keeps track of the grapes.

All this translates to knowledge and experience that is hard to find in a real estate agent.
